Speaking at AFC Telford United's ground during a memorial event for his daughter, Steven Williams said: "Today is a day for Georgia and for us to meet her friends and for us all to celebrate her life.
"Today has just been outstanding. I can't explain to you how perfect it has been and, take away my feelings, the support everyone has given to her friends and family is phenomenal. I know she would be so proud".
The stadium's north stand was covered with football scarves, shirts and flowers as well-wishers paid tribute to Georgia.
