Fundraiser for Boston marathon victims and families

New Kids on the Block, Boyz II Men and Aerosmith have appeared on stage at the Boston Strong benefit to raise money for survivors and families of the Boston bombing victims.

The concert took place at the Boston TD Garden on Thursday night, and featured artists who had a connection to the city.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is charged with carrying out the April 15 Boston attack with older brother Tamerlan, who died in a police shoot-out.

Last month's bombings left three people dead and more than 260 others injured.

Earlier this week, around 3,000 athletes joined victims to run and walk the last mile of the Boston marathon.
