Russia: 'Spy' case regretful
An apparent attempt by a US diplomat to recruit a Russian agent for the CIA was "regretful" and has not helped relations between the two countries, a spokesman for the Russian President said.
Pictures of 'CIA man's arrest' published in Russia
Russian news agency RT has published pictures which it claims show the arrest of American Ryan Fogle in Moscow.
The pictures appear to show a man being pinned to the ground and also include shots of what are called, "means to change a person's appearance" and cash.
