Atlanta police have released a short security camera video showing Oscar winning actress Reese Witherspoon being led out of the car in handcuffs, before a policeman takes off the handcuffs and walk her into the detention centre .
Witherspoon's husband James Toth, was pulled over for erratic driving earlier this week.
Reese Witherspoon, who was also in the car, disagreed with the decision and proceeded to argue with the patrol officer.

Police told the Hollywood star to "sit on her butt and be quiet". But according to the official report, she didn't and was taken to custody.
