Nelson Mandela's wife Graca Machel has said that the former South African president is recovering well.
Speaking at the Ubuntu Awards and Dialogue in Johannesburg, she said:
"Everything is fine, and he's getting better and better, he is hospital simply simply because the doctors want to be absolutely sure that he is strong enough to go home and that nothing is going to recur, thank you very very very much for lifting him up, God is listening"
The Democratic presidential candidate may also have shown his cards on his choice of running mate.
The US president also shared a post on Twitter accusing Dr Anthony Fauci of misleading the public over hydroxychloroquine.
