The lawyers of Oscar Pistorius, who faces trial for the alleged premeditated killing of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp, will today challenge the terms of his bail restrictions.
The Paralympian is unlikely, however, to appear in court.
Yesterday, Oscar’s brother Carl pleaded not guilty to a charge of culpable homicide or negligent killing for the death of a female motorcyclist in a road accident in 2008.
