The BBC has regained control of its Twitter accounts for BBC Arabic, BBC Weather and BBC Radio Ulster after they were hacked by what appears to be a cyber group that supports the Syrian president.

The BBC says it is "actively working to resolve" the apparent hacking of a number of accounts by a group claiming to be the Syrian Electronic Army.
