Two British tourists have been shot in Barbados during a reported attempted robbery attempt as they made their way to the P&O cruise ship Adonia.

A spokesperson for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Barbados has said the woman who was shot during a reported robbery in Bridgetown has been discharged. The second injured British tourist - a man in his 70s - remains in hospital.
Two persons from a cruise ship docked in Barbados were treated at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH). A male and female presented to Accident and Emergency at approximately 2.45pm on March 17, 2013 with sustained injuries. They were seen within 20 minutes of their arrival and treated. The female has subsequently been released while the male was admitted to the hospital for continued care.
The Democratic presidential candidate may also have shown his cards on his choice of running mate.
