Britain's Olympians and Paralympians have received their honours at Buckingham Palace today.
Louis Smith: Getting MBE is a 'massive pat on the back'
Gymnast Louis Smith has said that getting an MBE is a "massive pat on the back".
He told ITV News' Correspondent Nina Nannar that he plans to spend more time getting kids involved in gymnastics, but would not reveal whether he plans to compete in the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio.
