Daughter: Mother was 'neglected' at Stafford hospital

It is being described as 'the darkest day in the history of the NHS', as today the long-awaited report into failings at Stafford hospital is finally published.

Eighty-six-year-old Joyce Williams was one of the victims at Stafford hospital, her daughter Castell spoke to ITV Daybreak, who said that her mother was not properly treated whilst in hospital care.

She added that she did not know at the time it was due to neglect of care.
