Relative recalls 'constant screaming' on mother's ward

Julie Bailey started the campaign group Cure the NHS after witnessing the poor treatment of her mother, Bella Bailey, and other patients on her ward at Stafford Hospital.

She told ITV News' Rupert Evelyn that her family kept a 24-hour vigil around her mother's bed because they were too scared to leave her.
