Welby set for gay marriage row
The new Archbishop of Canterbury says he stands by the Church of England's criticism of legislation to introduce gay marriage. The Most Rev Justin Welby was formally confirmed in office today.
Gay marriage a 'step forward in fight for equality'
Labour leader Ed Miliband recorded a video to explain why he will be voting to legalise gay marriage. He said:
"I don't think the person you love should determine the rights you have, that is why I will be voting for equal marriage, along with the rest of the shadow cabinet"
