Police say they are treating an attack by loyalists on a police officer in Belfast on Monday night as attempted murder. A gang threw a petrol bomb into his unmarked vehicle after surrounding and smashing it.
Police say they are treating an attack by loyalists on a police officer in Belfast on Monday night as attempted murder. A gang threw a petrol bomb into his unmarked vehicle after surrounding and smashing it.
A police car was petrol-bombed in Belfast while an officer was inside the vehicle, outside the Belfast office of Alliance MP Naomi Long.
A police officer was also waiting outside the vehicle. Both officers escaped unhurt.
