Dad's Army star Clive Dunn dies

Dad's Army star Clive Dunn OBE has died, his agent Peter Charlesworth has said.

Clive Dunn's agent Peter Charlesworth paid tribute to the much-loved star, saying he would be "sorely missed."

The actor died in his home in Portugal yesterday, after a short illness. Mr Charlesworth said:

He will be a real loss to the acting profession. He had been a star since the mid 1930's. He was a young man playing old men even when he was young.
