Cerebral Palsy 'gives me an excuse to get up and lark about'

Fourteen-year-old Jack Carroll from Yorkshire, who has Cerebral Palsy, has told Daybreak he "is very excited about" receiving a teenager of courage award at the The Pride of Britain Awards.

Jack said: "I've got aches and pains like we all have. It isn't too bad. It gives me an excuse to get up and lark about."
