The Pride of Britain Awards tonight will recognise acts of courage, selflessness and achievement by ordinary people across the country.
Cerebral Palsy 'gives me an excuse to get up and lark about'
Fourteen-year-old Jack Carroll from Yorkshire, who has Cerebral Palsy, has told Daybreak he "is very excited about" receiving a teenager of courage award at the The Pride of Britain Awards.
Jack said: "I've got aches and pains like we all have. It isn't too bad. It gives me an excuse to get up and lark about."
