Man in court after hit and runs

Matthew Tvrdon, 31, appeared in court today charged with murder and 13 counts of attempted murder after a series of hit and runs in Cardiff. He was remanded in custody and will appear at Newport Crown Court tomorrow.

Hit and run accused confirms no fixed address

Karina Menzies, 32, was killed in a multiple hit and run incident.

Mother-of-three Karina Menzies (pictured) died and several children were injured in the Cardiff rampage.

Matthew Tvrdon, 31, will appear at Newport Crown Court tomorrow.

Unshaven and wearing a black jumper, he was asked to confirm that he was of no fixed address.

"Unfortunately, at the moment I was between moving out," he told the court in a calm voice.
