ScottishPower prices rise by 7%
ScottishPower has announced it is raising its domestic gas and electricity prices by an average of 7%. It follows in the footsteps of British Gas and npower who revealed price increases on Friday.
ScottishPower has announced it is raising its domestic gas and electricity prices by an average of 7%. It follows in the footsteps of British Gas and npower who revealed price increases on Friday.
ScottishPower blamed the increases on costs, for transporting gas and electricity to homes and the price of energy efficiency programmes. Neil Clitheroe, chief executive of retail and generation said:
We work hard to protect our customers and we regret that we've had to announce a price increase today.
The Democratic presidential candidate may also have shown his cards on his choice of running mate.
The US president also shared a post on Twitter accusing Dr Anthony Fauci of misleading the public over hydroxychloroquine.
