Two people have been arrested after a 12-year-old boy was killed in a hit and run incident in Bradford last night by a car which had just been stopped by police, the West Yorkshire force confirmed. The accident has been referred to the IPCC.
The twelve-year old boy who died after a hit and run accident during a police pursuit has been named as Bilal Raffey Khizar.
