The search for China earthquake survivors entered its second day today after a series of quakes struck the country's southwest, killing at least 89 people, state media reported.
More than 200,000 people in Yunnan Province were relocated after Friday's quakes destroyed more than 6,650 houses and damaged 430,000 others, the state-run Xinhua news agency reported.
In the neighbouring Guizhou Province, more than 11,700 houses were damaged, officials have said.
Rescue workers are trying to reach remote communities and deliver food and water to displaced residents.
The Democratic presidential candidate may also have shown his cards on his choice of running mate.
The US president also shared a post on Twitter accusing Dr Anthony Fauci of misleading the public over hydroxychloroquine.
