The Metropolitan Police have released the following statement in the Tia Sharp investigation:
This afternoon a full post-mortem at Croydon Mortuary has concluded. It did not establish a formal cause of death and we await the results of further tests.
Tia Sharp's family were referred to social services by police and other agencies over issues surrounding abuse of drugs and a disturbance.
Stuart Hazell heard the charges against him read out via video link as he sat alone at a table in Sutton police station.
