Britain aiming for two velodrome golds

  • Men's Team Pursuit - 5.59pm: Ed Clancy, Pete Kennaugh, Steven Burke and Geraint Thomas set a world record in qualifying yesterday - shaving a second off the time they set in Melbourne in April. Australia will provide the sternest test to the quartet but qualified three seconds slower than Britain.
  • Women's Keirin - 6.38pm: Victoria Pendleton will be hoping for a gold medal in this event after the disappointment of being disqualified in yesterday's team sprint.
