India's Power Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde reassured people today that "electricity is being restored" after the country experienced a blackout that affected more than 600 million people.
Mr Kumar Shinde said that '40% of light' had already reached affected areas.
The Democratic presidential candidate may also have shown his cards on his choice of running mate.
The US president also shared a post on Twitter accusing Dr Anthony Fauci of misleading the public over hydroxychloroquine.
