Chelsea say John Terry and Ashley Cole will go-ahead with the pre-match handshake at QPR tomorrow. It is the first time the Chelsea captain has lined up against Anton Ferdinand since being cleared of using a racial slur against him.

Cole: Ferdinand said 'no, it's cool' when Terry asked about alleged racism

In the changing room Ashley Cole was standing next to John Terry. He said he thinks the manager came in and said a few words before they had a shower.

As Cole walked out of the shower, he saw Anton Ferdinand. He thinks that Terry spoke first saying something like, "did I call you a black c***? Do you think I was being racist?" I said the same thing, Cole said, and Anton replied, "no, no, no, it's cool".
