George Zimmerman has been released on bail for the second time today, after posting $1 million bail, a sheriff's spokeswoman in Florida said. It is not immediately clear how the Zimmermans came up with the money.
His bail restrictions are said to be "significantly tighter" than when he was released in April: he has to wear an electronic monitoring device as the judge said he believed Zimmerman and his wife Shellie had intended to flee the country.
The Democratic presidential candidate may also have shown his cards on his choice of running mate.
The US president also shared a post on Twitter accusing Dr Anthony Fauci of misleading the public over hydroxychloroquine.
