The parents of two-year-old Jamie Heaton, who died in a suspected gas explosion in Greater Manchester, have paid tribute to their "unique" son. A man arrested on suspicion of manslaughter over the incident has been released on bail.
A police inspector at the scene of the explosion in Oldham has confirmed that a "domestic incident" was reported in the home ofAndrew Partington, where the explosion is thought to have happened.
He told reporters the incident took place 4-5 weeks before the explosion and that Mr Partington was given a conditional discharge through the Magistrate's Court.
