Paul Weller's gig at Jodrell Bank in Cheshire was cancelled today for health and safety reasons.
A statement on the Live From Jodrell Bank website reads:
"Regrettably due to the recent adverse weather conditions Paul Weller at Live Form Jodrell Bank has been cancelled. After conducting a site survey with an independent health and safety adviser and senior event management personnel the site has been deemed unfit to accommodate today's crowds."
Britain is preparing for further flooding as forecasters suggested this June would be one of the wettest in the last 100 years.
