Parts of the UK are braced for more bad weather amid fears that heavy rains could cause more flooding.
Evacuation 'suggested, not forced' in Pennal
Pennal resident Andrew Dickinson told ITV News that police "suggested that we evacuated, not forced."
He said he'd been told that "there is 4 or 500 million gallons of water sitting behind a small dam which is being propped up by trees and mud and things from a landslide."
