The parents of six children killed in an arson attack on their home have been remanded in custoday on suspicion of murder. Mick Philpott, 55, and his wife Mairead, 31, were detained on Wednesday in connection with the attack on the house in Derby.
Anthony Slater, who runs the community charity OSCAR, said the community had raised £10,800 to date for the funerals of six children who were killed in an arson attack on their home.
