The newly-inaugurated French president Francois Hollande and the German Chancellor Angela Merkel have underlined their desire for Greece to stay in the eurozone and were prepared to introduce measures to help growth in the country.
French President Francois Hollande has arrived in Berlin and been greeted by German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
They are expected to have a dinner together and will give a press conference later this evening.
During their first meeting French President Hollande and German Chancellor Merkel have said they hope to keep Greece within the eurozone
