Parts of England and Wales are being warned of possible flash floods. Four flood warnings are in place for south west England. Some areas have seen up to 50mm of rain.

These pictures show workers dismantling scaffolding after it collapsed in high winds, crushing cars in Portsmouth, Hampshire.
Structural engineers are now checking the site, which had the scaffolding up to the fifth floor so the Royal Beach Hotel could be painted.
Police said no-one was injured.
