Police: Gunman had 'specific intention to kill people'

The suspect in the college shooting in Oakland, California was upset with the administration of Oikos University after being expelled several months ago, according to Oakland police. Police Chief Howard Jordan said:

We've learned that the suspect was upset with the administration at the school...He was also upset that students...in the past when he attended the school, mistreated him, disrespected him and things of that nature. We've learned this was a very chaotic, calculated and determined gentleman that came there with specific intent to kill people.

The suspect, 43-year-old One L. Goh, is being questioned by police at Santa Rita Jail. Police say he is aware of what happened and is showing no remorse.
