A 15-year-old boy has been jailed for 16 years for killing his mother with a hammer after claiming he was inspired by a plot from Coronation Street.
Daniel Bartlam attacked Jacqueline at their home before burning her body.
A statement has been read on behalf of the parents of Jacqueline Bartlam, whose teenage son has been jailed for her murder.
Jacqueline "was a wonderful, loving and caring woman," it says. "She was a determined woman who worked hard to become successful."
