North Sea gas leak
Shell has removed oil workers from two offshore rigs in the North Sea after a serious gas leak at a nearby Elgin platform, operated by Total.
Engineers are still trying to find the source of the leak.
Leak is 'deeply worrying'
Richard Lochhead, MSP, Scottish Cabinet Secretary for Rural Affairs and Environment has said that an 'abandoned platform' is 'deeply worrying' and has called for all information to be shared so that 'we can understand all the facts.'
