They will be joined at the start line by big names including JLS, Miranda Hart, Dame Kelly Holmes, Sir Steve Redgrave, Richard Hammond and James Cracknell.

Thousands will be taking to the streets for the Sainsburys Sport Relief Mile, the climax of the Sport Relief 2012 fundraising campaign.

Famous faces including JLS, Miranda Hart, Dame Kelly Holmes, Sir Steve Redgrave, Richard Hammond and James Cracknell - with more set to appear on the day - will be at the start line. London will be leading the charge as hundreds of Miles take place all over the UK.

David Cameron will also run a mile at 11am.
