Funds raised for Kian's life-saving cancer treatment
Fundraisers have reached their target to send three year old Kian Musgrave from Prudhoe to the US to get potentially life-saving cancer treatment.
More than $850,000 has been paid to a specialist medical centre in New York where the toddler will visit next month. He is battling Neuroblastoma - an aggressive childhood cancer which has an 80% chance of returning.
The 'Caring for Kian Foundation' received £25,000 from Simon Cowell to help pay for the trip which could cure Kian. The medicine is only available abroad.
Kian was first diagnosed with stage four Neuroblastoma in October 2013.
