The body of a man has been found in an explosion in Darlington. The discovery was made at a house fire in Lewes Road.

A man has died following an explosion at a house in Darlington.
Neighbours woke to hear a loud bang before seeing the house engulfed in flames.
The emergency services were called to Lewes Road but it was too late to save the man inside.
