The gold medallist Josef Craig has got back in the pool to support the first ever triathlon for children with disabilities in the North East.

Paralympian Josef Craig took to the pool earlier to help with the first ever triathlon for disabled children in the North East.
The world record holder said it was important to support events like it, to help bring the benefits of sport to more children.
