Hard work's paid off as Marshall takes gold
Middleweight boxing Commonwealth champion Savannah Marshall said she is overwhelmed by support from friends and family who helped her to a gold medal in last night's final.
The boxer from Hartlepool beat Canadian Ariane Fortin after a split decision from the judges.
Now the hard work has paid off, she says it's high time she had a holiday.
