Funeral of Megan Roberts
North Yorkshire Police have confirmed that a body found in the River Ouse has been identified as the missing student Megan Roberts. Her funeral takes place March 13.

Megan Roberts' mother, Jackie, has paid tribute to her daughter. She said she was an "intelligent, talented and beautiful person". This comes after North Yorkshire Police identified a body found in the River Ouse as the missing student.
Jackie Roberts said: “We would like to thank the police, fire service, and the public that have been involved in the search for Megan. We would also like to thank everyone who has offered support and comfort during this painful time.
“Megan was an intelligent, talented and beautiful person whose kindness and sense of humour will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.”
Megan Roberts went missing on Thursday 23 January.
