'Sickening' attack on swan
The RSPCA has condemned a sickening attack in which a swan was shot through the neck with a crossbow.

The RSPCA has condemned a sickening attack in which a swan was shot through the neck with a crossbow.
The bird was targetted on the River Lyne in Northumberland.
Now after an operation to remove the bolt, it's expected to make a full recovery.
