A memorial plaque is being unveiled today for the late Alan Hull, who was a founder member of Lindisfarne. It will be outside the entrance of Newcastle City Hall, where the band performed over 130 times.
The plaque will be unveiled by the Lord Mayor of the City of Newcastle in front of family, friends and colleagues of Alan Hull.
Former members of Lindisfarne will be remembering their bandmate with a live performance outside the City Hall.
