Tyne Tees Storm Arwen

Harbottle Wood, near Rothbury, was badly affected by Storm Arwen.

Forestry England is still working to clear Thrunton Wood, near Rothbury, following the devastating storm in 2021.

They will ensure residents have access to a warm space and cooking facilities if another Storm Arwen hits the region.
