Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service is working with Northumbria Police to determine the circumstances surrounding the fires.

Carole Attle was shopping at Matalan when she was involved in the collision in Stockton on 28 July last year.

Police say despite the best efforts of the emergency services, the pillion passenger sadly died at the scene.
