The North East companies still struggling to export to Europe after Brexit

Some North East companies say they are still experiencing problems exporting goods to Europe, nearly seven weeks after Brexit. 

Increased costs and extra paperwork are being absorbed by businesses, which are now concerned about their viability abroad.

The government says it is working closely with affected industries to make sure goods can continue to flow smoothly to market.
