Woman's body found inside house in Blyth

Police have launched an investigation after a woman's body was found at a house in Northumberland.

Officers from Northumbria Police were called to a property in Blyth, after a report from the ambulance service that a woman had been found dead.

The force has confirmed the deceased is a 32-year-old.

A spokesperson for Northumbria Police said: “At 11.25am today (Saturday) police received a report from the ambulance service that a 32-year-old woman had been found deceased at an address on Twentieth Avenue in Blyth.
