Brother of Redcar health worker sends 300 safety visors from Sweden
The brother of a Redcar health worker has sent 300 safety visors from Sweden to Redcar and Cleveland Council.
Andrew Robinson manages a paper company in Sweden called Oppboga Bruk. He wanted to do something to help his sister and her colleagues who are going into family homes. He organised a donation of colourful visors to make the NHS workers look less intimidating in PPE.
Health visitors, school nurses, early years senior practitioners, early years practitioners and school nurse assistants are all continuing to work and visit families during the pandemic.
Andrew's company has diversified production during lockdown.
