The Acting Durham Police, Crime and Victims' Commissioner has said Dominic Cummings' alleged visit to Durham was "most unwise".
Steve White made the comments following reports that Mr Cummings allegedly broke lockdown rules to drive from London to Durham when he had coronavirus symptoms during lockdown.
