Disabled woman left stranded after hotel evacuated
A hotel chain has been criticised after staff were unable to evacuate one of their guests who uses a wheelchair.
Emily Morison, from Newcastle, was left stranded when the fire alarm went off at a Premier Inn in London on Thursday night.
The chain has apologised to the 24-year-old, who blogs about accessibility issues.
But Emily told ITV News if it had been a genuine fire, she would not have got out.
