Dibsy reaches twenty stone weight loss target in under a year

This time last year Darren 'Dibsy' McClintock was unable to climb the stairs to his bedroom. His weight - at nearly forty stones - was killing him.

Less than twelve months on, Dibsy has lost half his body weight, triumphed in a charity boxing match, passed his driving test, finished the Great North Run and found a girlfriend.
