Man, 18, charged in connection with the death of father and daughter after car crash in Guisborough
An 18-year-old man has been charged in connection with the death of a father and daughter, after a road traffic collision in Guisborough.
Police were called to a collision at around midday on Thursday 13 June, involving two vehicles on the roundabout junction with Middlesbrough Road and the A171 at Guisborough.
68-year-old as Michael Liddell, from Moorsholm and his daughter, 41-year-old Sarah Liddell, from Marske, who was driving the vehicle died as a result of the crash.
Sarah is described by her family as a loving mother-of-two, partner, daughter and sister.
18-year-old Mario Dzhambazov, who resides in the Whitby area has been charged with two counts of causing death by dangerous driving, no licence and no insurance.
Dzhambazov is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court on Saturday 15 June.
